Mexican Tasty Beef Tacos

Capsicana Tasty Taco Seasoning Mix

500g Beef Mince

1 onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp Oil

Capsicana Mini Tortillas

Handful of Cheese

Soured Cream

Salsa and Guacamole

1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Fry for a few minutes until softened.
2. Add the beef mince to the pan and brown, stirring often to incorporate into the onions.
3. When the beef is almost cooked through (approx. 3-4 mins), add in the seasoning mix and stir well to incorporate all that Latin flavour.
4. Allow to cook for an extra minute or two until the beef is fully cooked.
5. Serve with warmed mini tortillas, sour cream, grated cheese and Capsicana Salsa and guacamole made with our guac mix!
