We're taking fajitas to the next level in under 15 minutes!
Ingredients
1 x Capsicana Chilli & Honey Fajita Cooking Paste
300g Chicken
1 Onion, sliced
1 Green or Red Pepper, sliced
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Method
Add 300g of chicken strips (or alternative), a sliced onion and pepper to a pre-heated frying pan with one tbsp of oil and fry for 8-10 minutes over a medium heat, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
Add the Capsicana Chilli & Honey Cooking Paste and stir through, adding 1-2 tbsp of water to achieve the desired consistency.
Cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately with warmed tortillas, topped with all your favourite fajita sides.
