Our tasty take on a barbecue classic, with sweet and smoky chilli & honey!
450g chicken wings
2 packs of Capsicana Mexican Chilli & Honey Cooking Paste
1 handful of parsley
2 limes
1. Heat up that barbecue.
2. Combine the juice of one lime with one sachet of cooking paste.
3. Coat the chicken in the mixture and marinade in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
4. Makeup a second batch of marinade using the cooking paste and lime juice. Set this aside with a clean brush ready for later.
5. Cook the wings over a high heat on the barbecue for 20-25 minutes, until they’re browning nicely and fully cooked through.
6. Just before you remove the chicken wings from the heat, baste the chicken with the new batch of marinade. This will add to the stickiness and flavour. Give the chicken one last flash of heat on each side, then once you’re happy they’re cooked remove from the barbecue.
7. Enjoy!
