1 Whole Chicken
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Method
- Preheat your oven to 200C, and ready a deep baking dish big enough for a whole chicken.
- Mix the olive oil with the seasoning mix.
- Coat the whole chicken evenly with the mix, either using a brush or going straight in with your hands!
- Place the whole chicken in the baking dish and roast in the oven at 220C for 1 hour.
