Method
- Rub the olive oil and Seasoning Mix around the steak.
- Sear on a griddle pan or BBQ on a high heat for 1-3 minutes on either side depending on how you like your steak cooked.
- Set aside and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving
