Who doesn’t love tacos stacked high with fresh guacamole on a Friday night?!

As well as its cuisine, LatinAmerica is home to vibrant and dynamic traditions embracing respect, sharing and good music. And let’s not forget, some of the tastiest foods and world’s favourite ingredients originate from here, too!

Here at Capsicana, our love for all things Latin America is thanks to Ben (he’s our founder), and his passion for the region’s cuisine and culture. It’s home to a way of life overflowing with vibrant people, traditions, and really, really good food…and on the topic of really delicious food, that’s where we come in!

Argentinian BBQ Steak

Our Argentinian Sizzling SteakSeasoning Mix is based on "Argentinian Chimichurri Rojo". There are lots of variants, but our version uses paprika to give it a red tint andjalapeño chillies for a kick. It's your steak's best friend but is also greatfor seasoning roast vegetables, chicken or empanadas. You can even turn it intoa chimichurri marinade by adding olive oil and red wine vinegar!

All you’ll need is:

●     ~A quarter pack of Capsicana’s Argentinian Sizzling Steak Seasoning Mix (save the rest for a delicious Argentinian Roast Chicken!)

●     1 Beef steak

We’d recommend pairing yourArgentinian BBQ steak with Tomates Rellenos (stuffed tomatoes) or Provoleta, perfect for the cheese lovers out there.

Brazilian Chicken and Vegetable Skewers

Our Brazilian Smoked Paprika &Spices Seasoning Mix has its origins in Southern Brazil, in the Rio Grande do Sul region. It is perfect for a "Brazilian Churrasco" where meat(ideally the picanha cut) is BBQ’d on long skewers over an open fire.  It’s great on steak, lamb and chicken, but great for veggie dishes too!
